myManager Connect is a tool that aids in strengthening the weakest link of employee engagement i.e. Manager & Employee. It operates on the fundamentals of Coaching, Open and transparent, iNspire, Next goals, Exhibit Respect, Communication and Talent Leadership.
The tool consists of Surveys, Reports, Dashboards, Resource Bank, Action plan, Recommendations, Tracker and Feedback.

Happiness Index(Mood Meter)is an attempt to measure the intensity of happiness of employees at various pre-determined time frame. It is not a replacement for employee satisfaction or myManager connect but a tool which will enables to do a dip stick study from time to time to address sudden spikes of happiness or unhappiness amongst employees.

Client Background: The Client is a leading global provider of premium audio and infotainment solutions, engaging customers at home, in the car and on the go, with a legacy spanning more than 60 years. The Indian operation is a Software Product Development Company.
Problem Statement: The challenge faced was to identify the Current Mood of the employees and also map their Aspirations and Frustrations (if any).
Solution Design: The Strategist proposed an open discussion format, considering that 90% of the employees were from GEN Y who are very vocal, candid and expressive. As a part of the exercise, six groups were formed and a discussion was facilitated by the team from The Strategist. The discussion used the format of free flow and METAPLAN to gauge the current mood of the employees on Connect and Delight parameters. Post deliberations a ‘Mood Meter’ Analysis Report was submitted with recommendations. The report focused on the immediate focus areas, long term interventions etc.
Developed Structural & Behavioural Intervention
Client Background: The Client is one of the fastest growing Tier II IT / ITES organization with a talent pool of more 10000 across the globe.
Problem Statement : The challenge was to build a healthy culture wherein Line Managers take the responsibility of People Champion along with Line HR.
Solution Design: The Solution proposed was a combination of Structural and Behavioural interventions. The Structural Intervention included running of the ‘myManager Connect’ survey and aligning the scores to Performance Balance Scorecards and interlinking with the incentives. Behavioural interventions included conducting training and coaching sessions in an annual calendar form.
