Redesigned Leadership Competency Framework

Client Background
The Client is a large engineering and IT/ ITES Corporation based out of Hyderabad. The employee base is around 1100+ spread across the globe.

Problem Statement
The challenge was to design a detailed Leadership Competency Framework which could measure the capabilities of the employees across various levels and identify them for future programs/ roles.

Solution Design
The Strategist redesigned the Leadership Competency Framework and crafted detailed behavioural indicators for each competency.
All the competencies were mapped to the job family and a career plan was drawn keeping in mind the co-relation of job family and competencies.
