Coaching and Mentoring
As the business environment grows more complex, there’s no question that future leaders will need constant coaching, and business leaders will increasingly turn to coaches for help in understanding how to act. Coaching of the future will do more than influence behaviors; this will be an essential part of the leader’s learning process, providing knowledge, opinions, and judgment in critical areas. The key challenge from a coaching perspective is about how to measure improvement and performance, which can only be done through an integrated process.

Crafted Leadership DNA

Client Background:Client is a large Multi Billion USD MNC spread across the globe and pioneer in medical sciences domain.

Problem Statement: The challenge was to identify Leaders of tomorrow in line with the business needs and aspirations of India office and groom them over a period of 6 months.

Solution Design: The Strategist proposed a comprehensive intervention in line with the Building Future Leaders Framework. The Strategist crafted the India Leadership DNA in line with the Senior Management, thereafter conducted a 2 day Development Centre and assessed over 22 seasoned professionals. Post assessment IDP feedback session was conducted with each participant. Along the lines of group intervention a calendar for 6 months was designed and executed.

Designed Leadership Development Framework

Client Background:The Client is an upcoming research organization in the life sciences industry based in Hyderabad. The client is a pioneer in the clinical research domain.

Problem Statement: The challenge was to identify Leaders of tomorrow in line with the business needs and aspirations of India office and groom them over a period of 12 months.

Solution Design: The Strategist created a comprehensive Leadership Development Framework and crafted a Leadership DNA in line with the company mission, vision and values. The Strategist also developed a Talent Landscape and created a baseline of key competencies for functional managers and individual contributors. Based on the baseline and Leadership DNA, The Strategist designed and delivered a set of learning interventions over a period of 12 months to enable the leadership skills in the employees – The client reported a significant improvement in skills and behaviours and are in the process of extending this engagement for another 12 months to reinforce and internalize these competencies for the identified leadership team.
