Learning through Gaming
Gaming is fast becoming a serious tool for learning – it is known that using games to impart experiential learning for managerial skill development can be an impactful tool.
Our portfolio of games is designed such that the user plays, experiments, assimilates and masters skills that are relevant to his or her environment. These games can be hosted on intranet portals or as a cloud based solution, and provide an effective learning solution for several key competencies.
Each game is constructed around five essential building blocks, with 10 proficiency levels and 30 scenarios. All the scenarios and building blocks have been adapted from well-established models & practical scenarios. The complexity of scenarios and gaming increases with each level thereby building and creating a degree of urgency.
