Problem Statement
The client wanted to propagate the existing Values across all the branches and offices in an innovative way. The mandate was to ensure that the institutionalization process should be scalable in nature and should not be preachy.

Solution Design
The Strategist proposed a strategy which involved both digital and physical mediums of learning through playing – Gamification. The Physical games had ideas like the traditional and popular Snakes and ladder whereas the digital games had ideas like Pop up Quiz which was based on the client intranet.
