Problem Statement
The organisation embarked on the journey of making the HR function true Business Partner and in the process was looking forward to build a mechanism that would identify the impact of HR on business as well as monitor their effectiveness.
Solution Design
The Strategist studied the business plan and the role of HR and based on the same identified the top 100 metrics across the employee life cycle which would have a direct impact on business. Based on criticality and priority a list of Top 25 Metrics were identified which formed the HR Director Dashboard. For Each Metric, the definition was described along with the measurement mode, the tolerance levels before the escalation etc. along with the Process owners.
