The Strategist worked with key internal stakeholders to facilitate the redesign of Leadership Competency Framework and crafted detailed behavioural indicators for each competency.
As part of this, The Strategist team moderated structured interactions with stakeholders from manufacturing, and guided the mapping of the competencies to job roles, based on which the client was able to measure the key competencies and develop their leadership roadmap.
