Client Background
The Client is a 100-year old, Switzerland based travel group and winner of the esteemed “World’s Leading Tour Operator” award for nine years with a turnover of CHF 5.7 billion.

Problem Statement
The challenge was to align the HR Goals and Practices across the Asia Pac – Middle East and Africa Region in line with the Business Goals for Next 3 Years.

Solution Design
The Solution was a combination of an All Hands Meet and Workshop.
The HR Heads of the various regions went through various exercises and discussions using tools like ‘Metaplan’ to arrive at a broad consensus on what areas will be a unified focus area for HR to align to business goals without diluting the employee aspirations.
