Client Background
The Client is an upcoming research organization in the life sciences industry based in Hyderabad. The client is a pioneer in the clinical research domain.

Problem Statement
The challenge was to identify Leaders of tomorrow in line with the business needs and aspirations of India office and groom them over a period of 12 months.

Solution Design
The Strategist created a comprehensive Leadership Development Framework and crafted a Leadership DNA in line with the company mission, vision and values.
The Strategist also developed a Talent Landscape and created a baseline of key competencies for functional managers and individual contributors. Based on the baseline and Leadership DNA, The Strategist designed and delivered a set of learning interventions over a period of 12 months to enable the leadership skills in the employees – The client reported a significant improvement in skills and behaviours and are in the process of extending this engagement for another 12 months to reinforce and internalize these competencies for the identified leadership team.
