Client Background
The Client is a niche consulting technology firm having its offices in the US and India. It operates in 3 key areas – patent litigation, patent portfolio analysis and technology research around IP.

Problem Statement
The challenge was, as an organization they wanted to review their current cultural practices and identify how many of them needed to be retained and discarded to build a strong and robust global institution.

Solution Design
The Strategist proposed to carry out a comprehensive Culture Audit.
The Discovery Analysis phase focused on identifying what are the ‘Desired’/ ‘Ideal’ cultural practices according to the Senior Leadership.
A detailed gap analysis was then conducted to identify what are the strengths and weaknesses and what are the major challenges and areas of focus in terms of cultural practices.
