The Strategist proposed an open discussion format, considering that 90% of the employees were from GEN Y who are very vocal, candid and expressive. As a part of the exercise, six groups were formed and a discussion was facilitated by the team from The Strategist. The discussion used the format of free flow and METAPLAN to gauge the current mood of the employees on Connect and Delight parameters.
Post deliberations a ‘Mood Meter’ Analysis Report was submitted with recommendations. The report focused on the immediate focus areas, long term interventions etc.
